Who needs street lights when you have such a beautiful full moon. I swear the full moon makes me restless, affecting my sleep.

The power outage complicated things, making it a bit stuffy in the house, so I sat outside for a while looking at the moon.
I was not the only one affected last night. Normally placid Puss2 transformed into a creature of the night. As soon as I opened the front door, she bolted out faster than lightning. I've never seen her move so fast!
Luckily, she's got a little plump these days, and couldn't fit herself under the gate. She'll need to spend a bit of time on the treadmill if she truly wants to explore her vampire side!
